2nd Annual Texas Wine Auction

The Texas Wine Auction is an annual tradition highlighting the State’s unique terroir to elevate the presence and understanding of Texas wine while giving back to our community. This event is a partnership with Texas Wine Revolution, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The auction was developed to bring together a collective of Texas wineries and winemakers to showcase the beauty of 100% Texas-grown wine and raise money for some incredible organizations. Previous participants included Arché Wines, Brennan Vineyards, Calais Winery, Flat Creek Estates, Frio Canyon Vineyard, Hawk's Shadow Winery & Vineyards, Hidden Hangar, Inwood Estates, Kalasi Cellars, Lost Draw Cellars, Lost Oak Winery, Reddy Vineyards, Sandy Road Vineyards, Texas Heritage, Texas Wine Collective, Westcave Cellars, William Chris Vineyards, Yoder Cellars, and more.

The Mission of the Texas Wine Auction is to:

1) Make and impact on the Texas Hill Country hospitality community through funding and operation of a mobile medical clinic focusing on wellness and preventative care. Much of our hospitality community operates on an hourly basis versus a salary. There is a need to provide support and quality health options to our hardworking employees who do so much to grow our world class wine and tourism industry that attracts millions of visitors each year.

2) Make an impact on the Texas Wine community through continuing education and research for winemaking and grape growing practices by funding research and development initiatives through Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.

Guests can expect silent and live auctions, live music and Texas cuisine pairings provided by several chefs. New this year will be a competition amongst the chefs, wine pairings with their dishes and a VIP Sponsor reception.

Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef Fox Season 1 Semi-Finalist I credit my grandma and my family, for my love of fine cuisine and flavor! As well as just how important a meal can be for friends and family. One of my earliest memories is being on the counter of my grandma’s restaurant. I combine that with my love for having and giving finer things and my desire to provide high-end service. I’ve been cooking my entire life but turned it into a profession in 2019. I have developed my style and recipes through life, education (not classically trained in a culinary institution), and lots of practice. I’m known for being a bit “extra” in everything I do! I can be a little too loud when I laugh, and I feel like you sense that about me in my cuisine. I’d love to bring luxury and a bit of “old school” service to your next private event. I was able to prove my skills and pallet on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef Fox Season 1, which aired in early 2022. So…the sky is the limit now, it pays to be extra!! Chef Angie Ragan
